• Includes 1 live Tillandsia Caput-Medusae approximately 5-7 inches tall and 1-2 inches wide. The name Caput-Medusae means head of Medusa named after the unique shape and form of this species. The fuzzy leaf tendrils curl tightly when dry and straighten out when properly hydrated. We ship plants green and treated to flower or just starting to flower, note warmer home temperatures and stronger lighting increase bloom speed and quality.
• All Tillandsia Bromeliads from this detail page will either ship in bloom or treated to bloom. If the plant isn’t in bloom upon receipt, please know it has been treated to bloom 4 weeks - 8 weeks from arrival. The warmer the home environment, the quicker the air plant will produce flowers. These plants love humidity but need strong airflow and indirect lighting to thrive.
